Founded in the Draa valley in 2013. Still family-run, still driving our own vehicles, still answering our own phone.
Most "Morocco tours" sold online are sold by companies that have never been here. The booking sits with a marketplace, gets passed to an agency in Marrakech, gets passed again to whichever driver is free that morning. By the time it reaches the person actually driving you, the margin is thin and so is the care.
We started at the other end of that chain. Our founders grew up in the Draa valley, where the palm groves run out and the reg begins. The first trips were run with one Land Cruiser and a satellite phone, taking people out to Erg Chigaga because we knew the way and nobody else was offering it properly.
Twelve years later the fleet is bigger and there is an office in Marrakech, but the structure has not changed. The person who writes your itinerary works here. The person who drives you works here. If something goes wrong at two in the morning in the middle of the Sahara, the number you call is answered by someone who can actually send help.
What that means for your trip
Practically: routes that avoid the worst of the coach traffic, camps chosen because we know the families running them, and an itinerary that changes when you want it to. If you would rather spend an extra night in Todra than see another kasbah, say so — your driver is not working to a schedule set by someone else.

Local, not localised
Our guides are Imazighen from the south. They are not reading a script written in an office — the villages on your route are the villages they are from.

Priced honestly, once
One number covering the vehicle, the driver, the hotels and the camp. No commission stops at carpet shops, no surprise "optional" extras on the road.

Small on purpose
We turn work away rather than hand your trip to a subcontractor. If we take your booking, one of our own drivers is running it.

Family riads, Amazigh-run camps, women’s weaving cooperatives, local cooks. The Sahara economy is fragile; where we spend matters.
The short version
Twelve years, one road
- 2013 Started with one Land Cruiser and a satellite phone, running Erg Chigaga trips out of M’Hamid.
- 2016 Opened the Marrakech office. Added Merzouga, the gorges and the imperial cities.
- 2019 Licensed by the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism. Fleet grew to nine vehicles, all our own.
- 2022 Opened Aitbouni RV Park near Merzouga for overlanders driving their own vehicles.
- Today 6,000+ travellers hosted, 140 published reviews, and still no subcontracted drivers.
